Welcome to Webblyfy GridRank. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Webblyfy GridRank website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By signing up for an account or using any part of the Service, you (the "User" or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that organization.
Webblyfy GridRank provides a software-as-a-service tool that allows users to track the geographic ranking of business listings, web pages, and URLs across Google Search and Google Maps results. The Service includes features such as grid-based geographic rank scanning, URL-based search position tracking, competitor analysis, and reporting.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your password.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis through plans described on our Pricing page. Each plan grants a specific number of audit credits per billing cycle. One credit is consumed per scan point (e.g., a 5×5 grid audit consumes 25 credits).
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card details. By providing payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable subscription fees and any additional credit top-ups you purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles unless explicitly stated in your plan.
You can purchase additional credits ("top-ups") at the rate listed on the Pricing page. Top-up credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to the Service through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days at the email below.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service, including business names, keywords, URLs, and competitor URLs ("User Data"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics may be retained by us for product improvement and analytics. We will never sell your User Data to third parties.
The Service relies on third-party APIs and services to function. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
Each third-party provider has its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (e.g., SerpAPI, Stripe, Cloudflare), or unforeseen technical issues may cause downtime.
Ranking data is provided "as is" based on the responses we receive from search-engine APIs at the moment of the scan. Search results vary by location, time, device, personalization, and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that any specific rank, snippet, or competitor list represents the absolute or universal Google result for a given query.
The Service, including the website, software, design, logos, and "Webblyfy GridRank" trademark, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any data returned will be complete, accurate, or current.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBBLYFY GRIDRANK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webblyfy GridRank, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may terminate your account at any time from the Billing page. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, except where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.
